Mixed-Use Building Design: Designed a mixed-use development featuring retail spaces on the ground and first floors, three dedicated office floors, and five residential floors above. The project focused on efficient space planning, clear circulation, functional zoning, and creating a balanced integration between commercial, administrative, and residential uses while maintaining a modern architectural identity.
